Hiring: SAP EAM Functional Lead | Remote | Contract

We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM Functional Lead with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) processes, preferably within the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry.

Implementation Experience: Minimum 4 to 6 full end-to-end SAP EAM implementations
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong SAP S/4HANA EAM / Plant Maintenance (PM) configuration expertise.
Extensive experience with Equipment Masters, Functional Locations, BOMs, Task Lists, Work Centers, and Maintenance Plans.
Expertise in Maintenance Planning, Scheduling, Work Orders, Notifications, and Preventive Maintenance Strategies.
Experience with Mobile Maintenance solutions, including SAP Service and Asset Manager.
Knowledge of SAP Intelligent Asset Management, Asset Performance Management (APM), Asset Intelligence Network (AIN), and IoT integration.
Strong understanding of Refurbishment, MRO, Fleet Maintenance, Serialized Equipment, and Configuration Control.
Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration and role-based access.
Integration expertise across SAP MM, QM, PP, SD, FI/CO, WM/EWM, PS, and PLM.
Experience with Aerospace & Defense maintenance operations, Depot-Level and Line Maintenance, Defense Sustainment, UID Tracking, and Compliance-Driven Asset Management.
Strong functional leadership, solution design, implementation, deployment, upgrade, and rollout experience.
Preferred Industry: Aerospace & Defense (A&D) and other asset-intensive industries.
