We are seeking an experienced AEM Lead Developer with strong hands-on expertise in AEM Cloud Service, AEM Sites, AEM DAM, Custom Workflows, Metadata Management, Apache Sling, OSGi, HTL/Sightly, and AEM Clientlibs.

Required Skills

  • 11+ years of AEM development & 5+ years in technical leadership

  • AEM 6.x & AEM as a Cloud Service

  • AEM Sites, Assets/DAM, Content & Experience Fragments

  • OSGi, Sling, JCR, Sling Models, Servlets & Workflows

  • HTL/Sightly, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Vue.js

  • Java/J2EE, REST APIs & Microservices

  • Git, Maven & Adobe Cloud Manager

  • OpenSearch integration

  • Strong frontend & backend development experience

Strong communication, architecture, code review, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills are required.
