RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT ERP Analyst (Workday) in Fort Worth, TX.
Responsibilities:
* Participate in all phases of Workday implementation, including requirements gathering, business process design, solution evaluation, configuration, testing, deployment, go-live support, and stabilization
* Analyze current business processes and workflows and recommend solutions utilizing ERP functionality, industry leading practices, and org requirements
* Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements-gathering meetings with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, HR, Procurement, and other functional areas
* Document business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, use cases, decision logs, and business process recommendations
* Collaborate with PMO, implementation partners and IT teams to evaluate configuration options and support solution design decisions
* Assist in configuration validation, system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution activities
* Perform data analysis, data validation, and support data conversion, reconciliation, and cleansing efforts
* Troubleshoot business process issues, identify root causes, and develop practical system solutions that align with Workday capabilities and ERP best practices
* Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, information technology staff, and external vendors
* Assist with the development of training materials, knowledge documentation, support procedures, and user communications
* Support organizational change management activities and promote adoption of new technologies, workflows, and business processes
* Monitor system performance, gather stakeholder feedback, identify enhancement opportunities, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
* Support post-go-live stabilization activities, issue resolution, optimization efforts, and release management processes
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience documenting business requirements, workflows, functional specifications, and testing scenarios
* Knowledge of ERP business processes across Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Payroll, or related functions
* Knowledge of Workday system administration, configuration (i.e. security, business processes) integration capabilities, and reporting/analytics a plus
* Excellent verbal, written, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
* Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio or comparable process-mapping tools
* Ability to analyze business needs and develop practical solutions using Workday functionality
* Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions aligned with system capabilities and leading practices
* Ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively with business leaders, subject matter experts, project teams, and vendors
* Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing business requirements
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
