Must-Have Skills:

• Experience analyzing and validating medical logistics data, including transactional schemas, migration/conversion activities, data lineage, business rules, and pre/post-migration validation.
• Strong experience with Agile/SAFe planning, data visualization, statistical analysis, and communicating outcomes, improvements, and costs to stakeholders.
• Federal government management consulting or business analysis experience, with strong legacy-system troubleshooting skills and the ability to obtain.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with DoD medical logistics or supply chain environments and applications such as Logi Cole or similar platforms.
• Experience delivering Agile/SAFe projects within a federal government environment.
