Job Description:
Seeking a Network Security Engineer with strong network security fundamentals and hands-on experience administering the Zscaler platform. The role focuses on secure access, web security, security event analysis, troubleshooting, and enterprise security operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Administer and support Zscaler ZIA, ZPA/SIPA, and ZDX.
· Configure web filtering, URL categorization, SSL inspection, and security policies.
· Troubleshoot user access, authentication, proxy, DNS, and connectivity issues.
· Analyze security events, correlate logs, and support SIEM monitoring and incident investigation.
· Implement security changes with impact analysis and follow ServiceNow/ITSM change processes.
· Support Zscaler Client Connector, App Connector, and endpoint security initiatives.
· Collaborate with network, application, and cybersecurity teams to maintain secure enterprise access.
Must-Have Skills:
· 5+ years of hands-on Zscaler Administration (ZIA, ZPA/SIPA, ZDX)
· 8+ years of Network Security (Firewalls, DNS, Routing, Proxy, SSL Inspection)
· Security Event Analysis, SIEM Monitoring, and Incident Investigation
