We’re looking for a Mainframe Application Developer who thrives in a dynamic technology landscape and enjoys designing innovative solutions that drive business impact.
What You''ll Do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performing applications across diverse system environments.
- Translate business needs, functional specifications, and user requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Leverage multiple technologies and platforms to create efficient, reliable, and future-ready application architectures.
- Take ownership of both application development and the supporting application environment.
- Work across the full technology stack—front end, middleware, and back-end components—ensuring seamless integration and performance.
- Analyze emerging tools and technologies, lead evaluation initiatives, and recommend the best-fit solutions for business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Contribute to the modernization and optimization of enterprise systems running across mainframe and distributed environments.
What We''re Looking For- 3–5 years of experience in application design, development, testing, and support.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and system integration.
- Hands-on experience working across multiple computing platforms, including mainframe, mini, and microenvironments.
- Proven ability to assess, evaluate, and implement technology solutions and development tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience collaborating with product vendors and third-party technology providers.
Must-Have Technical Skills- Mainframe Technologies: COBOL, DB2
Strong understanding of enterprise application development and support
Experience in multi-tier application environments and system integration

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
