Summary

Key Responsibilities

Track and reconcile vendor invoices, home care hours, SNF/ALF placements, and payment records.
Validate, code, and submit invoices for Accounts Payable processing.
Review payment files and resolve discrepancies before payment processing.
Process member enrollments, disenrollments, eligibility verification, and authorization documentation.
Update and maintain accurate information in the EMR.
Support claims processing, encounter data, accruals, and revenue workflows.
Monitor participant payments and resolve missing or delayed payments.
Prepare financial reports, Excel pivot tables, variance reports, and audit documentation.
Communicate effectively with vendors, caregivers, members, and internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate financial records and support operational compliance.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant Financial Analyst or Finance experience.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, Filtering, and Basic Formulas.
Experience with EMR systems (Epic or similar).
Understanding of claims processing, authorizations, payment structures, and healthcare operations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
