RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst III in Greenwood Village, CO.
Duties:
* Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites for complex software applications and services
* Develop test automation using Java and/or Python and modern automation frameworks
* Build automation for critical end-to-end application workflows across multiple integrated systems
* Support a major technology migration involving authentication and credential-management services
* Validate complete authentication workflows, from credential entry through downstream processing, authentication, and successful user access
* Perform functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end testing
* Develop comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for new functionality, integrations, migrations, and application changes
* Identify, analyze, document, and track software defects through resolution
* Partner directly with developers to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and validate fixes
* Use application logs, monitoring tools, and system data to investigate complex defects and application behavior
* Utilize Splunk for log analysis, monitoring, troubleshooting, and tracing transactions across services
* Test applications and services operating within AWS/cloud environments
* Work across multiple development teams and initiatives within a highly integrated technology ecosystem
* Participate throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure quality is built into solutions from development through implementation
* Re-test resolved defects and perform regression testing to ensure changes do not introduce additional issues
* Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, automation frameworks, testing methodologies, and overall quality practices
* Clearly communicate testing status, defects, risks, blockers, and release readiness to development teams and stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong experience with Splunk for log analysis and troubleshooting
* Experience with Selenium or comparable test automation frameworks
* Experience testing applications and services within AWS
* Experience with authentication, authorization, identity, or credential-management systems
* Experience testing APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
* Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
* Experience with data-driven testing
* Experience supporting large-scale data services or highly integrated enterprise platforms
* Familiarity with application monitoring and observability tools
* Exposure to Adobe tools and technologies
Technical Environment:

* Work comfortably alongside developers and highly technical engineering teams
* Understand how a change in one system could affect downstream applications and services
* Take ownership of defects and drive them through resolution and validation
* Balance multiple complex initiatives while maintaining strong attention to quality
* Communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
