The ideal candidate will have strong experience in interpreting engineering drawings, understanding specifications, and performing hands-on inspections to ensure precise adherence to contract and product standards.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure all processes align with the contractor's Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) and required standards.
Track quality trends and metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Support audit and sampling requirements per contract standards and best practices, promoting defect prevention and improving overall quality performance.

Bachelor's degree and zero (0) experience. Will accept experience in lieu of a degree.
3+ years of experience (without degree) in Quality Control for fabricated metal components, cable assemblies, or related hardware.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical work specifications.
