Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for network incidents during evening and weekend hours.
Actively monitor remote sites and hardware using tools like SolarWinds and SquaredUp.
Perform Level 1 troubleshooting, log network incidents, and escalate complex issues using ServiceNow.
Manage end-user calls, hotline alerts, and broadcast enterprise incident communications via predefined templates.

Core Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have:

Ticketing & Incident Software: Experience logging and tracking issues (ServiceNow preferred).
Troubleshooting & Escalation: Strong ability to diagnose network alerts, apply knowledge base solutions, and escalate unresolved incidents promptly.
Communication Skills: Excellent written/spoken communication and phone etiquette to assist end-users across all technical skill levels.

Highly Desired:

2+ Years Experience: Background in IT Help Desk, Call Center, or Systems Administration.
