The selected candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, testing, implementation, and overall project delivery.

Lead complex IT projects through the complete project lifecycle.

Develop and maintain detailed project management plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.

Manage project scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.

Coordinate planning, requirements, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and project closure activities.

Develop project estimates and coordinate revisions with technical team leads.

Track project progress against approved schedules and take corrective action when required.

Monitor project budgets and communicate financial impacts to stakeholders.

Manage multiple project workstreams and prioritize activities based on business needs.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including application, data, infrastructure, security, networking, and service management teams.

Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.

Manage vendor activities, deliverables, timelines, and issue resolution.

Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies using a RAID Log.

Develop risk mitigation strategies and track risks and issues through closure.

Manage scope changes through established change management processes.

Develop and maintain project communication plans and deliverables matrices.

Prepare weekly and periodic project status reports.

Present project status, risks, issues, recommendations, and milestones to senior leadership.

Coordinate system testing, quality assurance activities, peer reviews, and implementation activities.

Coordinate project-specific training, orientation, and knowledge-transfer activities.

Ensure project deliverables meet established business, technical, quality, schedule, and budget requirements.

Follow established PMO standards, methodologies, policies, and procedures.

Conduct project reviews and final project evaluations with stakeholders.

Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related issues and resolution.

Proactively identify potential project problems and develop mitigation strategies.

Balance project team workload and resource capacity.

Mentor junior project management staff when required.

Prepare and deliver project presentations and proposals as needed.

Active PMI PMP Certification with 5+ years of active certification

Strong experience as a Senior IT Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Program Manager

Proven experience managing complex IT projects through the complete SDLC

Strong experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management

Experience with Risk, Issue, Assumption, and Dependency Management

Strong RAID Log management experience

Must currently reside in Pennsylvania
