We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional field quality and product safety initiatives for hardware products. This role will partner with Engineering, Quality, Safety, and Operations teams to drive investigations, perform root cause analysis, manage corrective actions, and improve overall product quality. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with hands-on program management experience and the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead field quality investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective action programs (CAPA).
- Manage cross-functional projects involving Engineering, Quality, Safety, and Operations teams.
- Develop technical documentation, user stories, and program documentation.
- Track risks, escalations, SLAs, and program milestones.
- Drive process improvements and support pre/post-launch product quality initiatives.
Must-Have Skills
- 2–3 years of Program/Project Management experience.
- Hardware or consumer electronics experience.
- Technical writing and documentation experience.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Quality Engineering or Product Quality background.
- Coding or automation experience.
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
- PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification.
