About the RoleThe Software Support Intern is responsible for collaborating and assisting our Developers resolve a wide range of technical software issues on our product by troubleshooting via telephone, email and/or remote session. A solid foundation in JavaScript is required.
What You'll Do- p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Contribute to the design, development, and testing of features across mobile, web, and server components
- p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Collaborate with QA, Product, and Development teams throughout the software development lifecycle
- p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Debug and resolve issues to help maintain reliable, high-quality software
- p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Gain hands-on experience building scalable, cloud-native solutions on Oracle Cloud
- p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Learn what it takes to ship real software in a fast-paced, team-oriented engineering environment
What You Bring:- Foundational knowledge in JavaScript
- Currently enrolled in a degree program at the time of the internship
- Considered a junior or senior by credit hours
- Available to work 40 hours per week in-office
- Eligible to work in the United States for any employer without future sponsorship

Program Details- Duration: May 10, 2027 - July 30, 2027 (12 weeks)
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Pay: $25 per hour
- Location: Jacksonville, FL
- Open to undergraduate students, graduate students, and May/Spring graduates
