Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced QA Architect to lead Enterprise Quality Engineering initiatives across Test Automation, Test Data Management (TDM), Performance Engineering, and WCAG Accessibility Testing. The ideal candidate will define enterprise-wide QE architecture, standards, governance, and reusable frameworks while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive quality engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement enterprise QA architecture, standards, frameworks, and engineering roadmaps.
Lead Test Automation, Test Data Management (TDM), Performance Testing, and Accessibility (WCAG) initiatives.
Review automation frameworks, technical designs, integrations, and CI/CD implementations.
Drive Shift-Left Testing, Continuous Testing, Quality Gates, and reusable QE accelerators.
Collaborate with enterprise architects, development teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
Monitor technical risks, quality metrics, adoption, and QE maturity across application portfolios.

Required Skills

10+ years of Quality Engineering and QA Architecture experience.
Strong expertise in Enterprise Test Architecture and Automation Frameworks.
Hands-on experience with API Testing, Cloud Technologies, Databases, and CI/CD pipelines.
Deep knowledge of Performance Testing, Test Data Management (TDM), and WCAG Accessibility Testing.
Experience defining enterprise QA standards, governance, and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading Enterprise QE Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives.
Strong understanding of modern software development and Agile methodologies.
