Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- Keep a maintenance log and report on daily activities
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians
- Implement preventive maintenance programs for all machines to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot PLC systems and provide quick solutions to maintain continuous production
- Manage and maintain hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems to ensure optimum performance
- Collaborate with other managers to optimize production processes
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role within a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in PLC troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Solid understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Excellent knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to manage and lead teams
- Strong team leadership skills with a commitment to collaborative problem solving
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with safety regulations and ability to implement them in a work setting
