Job Details
Lead maintenance and engineering operations supporting 24 hour manufacturing, reporting directly to the General Manager, owning capital projects, safety compliance and asset reliability across the site.
What you'll do
Lead maintenance supervisors and automation engineers, owning maintenance processes, new installations and equipment improvements
Develop and manage capital investment and automation strategy, including project scope, schedule, budget and risk
Own plant wide safety compliance across mobile equipment, crane safety, arc flash and fire protection programs
Apply root cause analysis and reliability centered maintenance principles to drive continuous asset reliability improvement
Prepare and manage the annual maintenance operating budget
Troubleshoot complex integrated electrical, mechanical and hydraulic equipment hands on
Maintain NADCAP and other required certifications across the maintenance function
What we're looking for
5 or more years of maintenance management or supervisory experience
10 years of experience in an industrial setting
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills
Comfortable in a fast paced, 24 hour manufacturing environment
