TEKsystems is hiring a Desktop Support Technician to support a local organization in Honolulu.
Responsibilities:- Provide help desk and desktop support to end users
- Troubleshoot computer, printer, hardware, and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers and peripheral devices
- Support users with technical issues in person and over the phone
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft Office environments
Qualifications:- Previous help desk or desktop support experience
- Hardware troubleshooting experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, overtime, and on-call shifts as needed
