Lead DevSecOps initiatives, strengthen cloud security, and drive secure software delivery at scale.
Responsibilities
Build and manage secure CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab.
Integrate security tools (SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets scanning) into the SDLC.
Develop Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM, CloudFormation).
Secure and administer Azure and/or AWS environments.
Implement Docker and Kubernetes security best practices.
Manage identity, access controls, secrets, and compliance requirements.
Monitor platform performance using tools like Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, or Azure Monitor.
Automate operations with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
Troubleshoot deployment issues and support continuous improvement.
Collaborate across teams and mentor engineers on DevSecOps practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of DevOps/Cloud/DevSecOps experience, including 5+ years securing CI/CD pipelines.
Strong expertise in Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, GitLab, Azure/AWS, and IaC tools.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, container security, and automation scripting.
Knowledge of application security, secrets management, Azure Policy, OPA, and Microsoft Sentinel.
Experience with monitoring and observability platforms.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred: Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, DevOps, or Security certifications.
