Summary: Senior Systems Engineer with 15+ years designing, configuring and optimizing Genesys Engage / Cloud and contact-center technologies. Strong in system design and architecture, leading technical teams, and advanced support across routing, PBX, outbound dialer, omni-channel, call recording, CTI and VoIP/SIP plus Workforce Management, Incident Management and DevOps.
