Role Summary:
Seeking a Senior Applications Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion SaaS) to analyze business requirements, design/configure solutions, support integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and ERP enhancements. The candidate will work closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and translate business/accounting requirements into functional and technical solutions.
Support Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and Procurement modules.
Analyze and optimize GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and P2P processes.
Work with technical teams on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations and data flows.
Perform SQL queries, data analysis, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.
Support SIT, UAT, QA, data validation, incident resolution, and production support.
Prepare BRDs, functional/technical designs, process flows, use cases, and requirements documentation.
Support Oracle quarterly SaaS updates, automation, process improvements, and standardization.
Mentor junior analysts and communicate solutions, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Technical Stack:

Oracle Cloud ERP / Oracle Fusion SaaS
Oracle Financials: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management
