Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

Bachelor s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of project/program management experience.
Experience managing telecommunications, network, and infrastructure projects.
Strong vendor management experience.
Experience with VoIP, networking, wireless technologies, and enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
Coordinate project activities across facilities and stakeholders.
Provide project status reporting to leadership.
Develop and manage infrastructure upgrade roadmaps for voice services, data networks, wireless infrastructure, fiber and structured cabling, public address systems, HVAC monitoring systems, fire alarm infrastructure, and Cisco endpoint refresh programs.
Support implementation of emerging technologies and infrastructure enhancements.
Develop implementation strategies for voice modernization projects.
Coordinate site assessments, inventory reviews, equipment staging, deployment, and migration activities.
Ensure successful transition from legacy voice platforms.
Maintain partnerships with telecommunications carriers and technology vendors.
Coordinate vendor deliverables and project commitments.
Participate in technology evaluations and vendor selection processes.
Monitor vendor performance and contractual obligations.
Oversee inventory management and reconciliation efforts.
Ensure infrastructure assets are properly documented in Asset Management systems.
Coordinate technology refresh initiatives and equipment lifecycle management.
Assist in enterprise-wide infrastructure initiatives.
Coordinate network integration projects.
Support agency strategic technology initiatives.

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Education and Experience:

PMP certification.
