Position: Telecommunications Solutions Coordinator
Location: Atlanta, GA 30334

Duration: 12+ Months
Job Description: We're seeking a Telecommunications Solutions Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and implement enterprise telecom, network, voice, mobility, audiovisual, and infrastructure projects. The role drives vendor coordination, modernization initiatives, and strategic infrastructure planning to deliver technology solutions aligned with agency objectives. Hybrid work option with onsite reporting as directed.
- Key Responsibilities: manage project plans, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications; coordinate across multiple facilities; provide status updates to leadership; support infrastructure modernization efforts.
- Technical Skills: VoIP/HVS, data networks, wireless technologies, fiber and cabling, voice services, enterprise infrastructure, and AV/PA system upgrades.
- Project & Vendor Management: oversee vendor deliverables, contract obligations, evaluations, and performance; manage asset/inventory governance and lifecycle.
- Infrastructure Modernization: develop roadmaps for data networks, voice, wireless, and related systems; support technology refresh initiatives.
- Special Projects: assist enterprise-wide infrastructure initiatives and technology strategy programs.
Required/Desired Skills
- Bachelor's degree (IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or related)
- PMP certification
- 5+ years in project/program management
- 5+ years managing telecommunications, network, and infrastructure projects
- 5+ years experience with VoIP, networking, wireless, and enterprise infrastructure
- 5+ years vendor management
