Summary

UAT Test Lead / Program Manager HR Transformation

Location: Atlanta, GA

Work mode: Hybrid

Duration: Long Term Contract

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced UAT Test Lead / Program Manager to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enterprise HR Transformation initiatives, including the E360 program.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and business sign-off while coordinating with HR, Technology, Data, and business stakeholders.
Strong expertise in Agile delivery, project governance, stakeholder management, and executive reporting is required.
Experience with HR platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM is preferred.
