We re looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to join a fast-paced, industry-leading digital supply chain organization. In this role, you ll combine data engineering, advanced analytics, and modern BI tools to deliver high-impact insights that drive real business outcomes.

Location & Work Model

• Hybrid role (minimum 3 days onsite per week)
• Must be located in (or willing to relocate to) Temple or Austin, TX

What You ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable BI solutions, dashboards, and data models
• Transform complex datasets into clear insights using tools like:
• Looker (LookML)
• Power BI
• Tableau
• Cognos
• Develop and optimize data pipelines and workflows using:
• Alteryx
• Microsoft Fabric
• Leverage Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) to support data architecture and performance
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to:
• Define KPIs and success metrics
• Build reporting strategies
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and governance best practices
• Drive innovation through automation, BI optimization, and enhanced user experience
• Work in a highly hands-on, technical environment delivering production-grade solutions

What You Bring

Experience & Background

• 5+ years in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Analytics
• Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (Master s preferred)

Technical Expertise

• Strong experience with BI tools:
• Looker (LookML)
• Power BI
• Tableau
• Cognos
• Hands-on experience with:
• Alteryx
• Microsoft Fabric
• Google Cloud Platform environments
• Advanced skills in:
• SQL (data modeling, optimization)
• Python (preferred)

Core Strengths

• Deep expertise in BI development and modern data stacks
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Familiarity with AI-driven BI or advanced analytics is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
