DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The Software Developer III will manage the enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) ecosystem throughout the contract. Responsibilities include designing and implementing a centralized identity provider framework using SAML 2.0 and OIDC for SSO and MFA, developing lifecycle workflows, onboarding applications via REST APIs, and establishing Role-Based Access Control. The role involves integrating IAM solutions across platforms, supporting IGA, Access Management, and Privileged Access Services, and collaborating with security and IT teams to maintain consistent IAM practices. Regularly assess IAM technologies, maintain technical documentation, and provide support for Directory, IAM services, servers, and databases.

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

8 years - Required - IAM Platform governance, engineering, lifecycle automation and Scripting

8 years - Required - Application onboarding, Integrate business applications with IAM systems

5 years - Required - Designing and implementing RBAC models, enforcing separation of duties and designing certification campaigns

5 years - Required - Managing Centralized Identity Provider and configuring SSO, MFA

3 years - Required - SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.

3 years - Required - Implementing User Access reviews with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.

3 years - Required - Integrating applications with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.

3 years - Required - Using Privilege Access Management.

3 years - Required - Automating user provisioning and reporting using scripting languages PowerShell and Python.

2 years - Preferred - Experience working with a state government agency
