Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior IAM Security Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, SailPoint, CyberArk, SSO, MFA, and IAM security architecture.

Responsibilities:
Design and implement enterprise IAM and Identity Security solutions.
Manage SSO, MFA, federation, and identity lifecycle management.
Configure and integrate Okta and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD with enterprise applications.
Develop and support SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect integrations.
Implement SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow for provisioning, governance, and access certifications.
Manage privileged identities using CyberArk/PAM solutions.
Develop IAM workflows, access policies, role-based access controls, and automated provisioning.
Integrate IAM solutions with cloud, SaaS, and on-prem applications.
Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, federation, and provisioning issues.
Implement IAM security controls aligned with Zero Trust and least-privilege principles.
Work with security, infrastructure, application, and compliance teams on IAM initiatives.
Provide technical leadership, documentation, and support for IAM projects.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in IAM/Identity Security.
Strong experience with Okta and/or Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD.
Hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, LDAP, and Active Directory.
Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow.
Experience with CyberArk/PAM is preferred.
Strong understanding of RBAC, ABAC, JML lifecycle, provisioning/deprovisioning, and access governance.
Experience with cloud IAM across AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of Zero Trust, MFA, conditional access, and identity security.
Experience with IAM automation using PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, or Terraform.
Strong troubleshooting, architecture, and communication skills.

Preferred: CISSP, CIAM, SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk certifications; experience with IGA, PAM, CIEM, and Zero Trust architecture.
