Summary

VEGA IS HIRING! Actively searching for Healthcare, Enrollment specialist for a 12 month contract position with our direct client, located in Baltimore, MD. This is a hybrid, W2 based position based out of Baltimore, MD. Only local DMV candidates with current healthcare experience will be considered for this position.

This is a Hybrid role. Candidate will support client and operational teams remotely while participating in periodic in-office meetings, training, and team collaboration sessions. The H/C Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that members are accurately enrolled into the Client member enrollment systems in a timely manner, and according to the account contract or service agreement for complex accounts.

Job requirement:

2-4 years of Healthcare Enrollment experience.
2-4 years experience in membership enrollment, member services, billing, claims operations, and/or data analysis
Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
Must be able to adapt swiftly to multiple and rapidly changing priorities
Must be able to learn and comprehend details of client accounts, process flow diagrams, and health insurance enrollment software,
Must be able to work effectively with large amounts of member enrollment data, paying close attention to detail upon entering data into the appropriate H/C system,
Must be able to utilize Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel,
