Summary
This individual will provide technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle while partnering closely with business, product, architecture, security, and data teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
- The Tech Lead will serve as the primary technical point of contact with Salesforce. Salesforce frequently introduces new products, capabilities, and platform enhancements. This individual must be able to evaluate recommendations objectively, determine whether they align with business needs, and avoid unnecessary platform expansion or product adoption.
- The ideal candidate is comfortable building Proofs of Concept (POCs) when evaluating new Salesforce capabilities. They should be able to validate technical feasibility, assess business value, and present recommendations to leadership for informed decision-making.
- The candidate should remain technically hands-on. They should be willing to write code when necessary, particularly for complex implementations, production support, troubleshooting, or developing POCs.
Must Haves: - 10+ years of Salesforce experience leading enterprise-scale implementations and delivery teams.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud; Data Cloud experience strongly preferred.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; additional Salesforce certifications preferred (PD II, Architect, Agentforce Specialist).
- Experience supporting healthcare or health insurance organizations.
- Strong hands-on expertise with:
- Apex, SOQL/SOSL
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flow and Platform Automation
- Service Cloud and Health Cloud
- REST APIs and Salesforce integrations
- FHIR/HL7 integrations,
- event-driven architecture (Kafka)
- Data Cloud experience preferred
- Experience building Agentforce solutions and AI-powered agents.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools (Git, AutoRABIT/Copado, Salesforce CLI).
- Strong healthcare payer/provider domain knowledge, including claims, case management, or workflow automation.
- Experience leading Agile/SAFe teams across onshore and offshore delivery models.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience delivering enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities and modern platform innovations.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments and collaborating across multiple technology organizations.
