Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead – .NET & React.js with strong hands-on expertise in enterprise application development, full-stack technologies, and technical leadership.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, and SQL. The candidate should be capable of leading technical development activities, coordinating with onsite and offshore teams, mentoring developers, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-quality enterprise applications.
This role requires a technically strong professional who can contribute to end-to-end application development while driving code quality, application performance, and operational reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to end-to-end enterprise application development using .NET technologies and React.js.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Web API.
Develop responsive frontend applications using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
Coordinate development activities between onsite and offshore teams.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and direction to team members.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and development best practices.
Monitor application performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve system reliability.
Identify and resolve application bottlenecks and performance-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and delivery activities.
Support CI/CD pipelines, code management, and application deployment processes.
Required Technical Skills
8+ years of experience in enterprise application development.
Strong hands-on expertise in C# and .NET Core.
Experience developing applications using ASP.NET Web API.
Strong frontend development experience with React.js.
Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Experience designing and integrating REST APIs.
Strong SQL and database development skills.
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Proven ability to coordinate onsite and offshore development teams.
Strong technical leadership, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with Microsoft Azure or other public cloud platforms.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments, preferably in financial services.
