Summary

Role: DevOps Lead

Location: Bonita Springs, Florida, (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of DevOps processes and tools to streamline software deployment.
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to enhance workflows and ensure high availability of applications.
Manage cloud infrastructure including provisioning, monitoring, and scaling of resources.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure system performance and reliability.
Mentor and guide team members in best practices and tools related to DevOps.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate and improve DevOps processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience working as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Bamboo.
Proficiency with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Worked with cloud platforms such as AWS
Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or Ruby.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong analytical mindset.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
Familiarity with network architecture and security best practices.
