We are looking for an experienced Lead Systems Analyst to join the team of our exceptional client. This role focuses on optimizing and supporting a critical enterprise Human Resources Information System (HRIS) that supports core people operations and workforce management processes.
This is a highly functional role designed for a systems analyst who understands business processes, user needs, and system optimization. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, helping translate operational requirements into scalable system solutions while driving continuous improvement across HR-related processes.

What will your day look like?
As a Lead Systems Analyst, you will:
• Serve as the primary functional expert for a large enterprise HRIS platform
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into system improvements
• Analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements
• Configure and optimize system functionality to support evolving business processes
• Support workforce-related processes including employee lifecycle management, organizational structures, talent programs, benefits administration, compensation programs, and payroll-related activities
• Maintain system workflows, approvals, notifications, validations, and business rules
• Troubleshoot complex system, configuration, and data issues
• Support user access, security roles, and governance processes
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions to support decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency
• Participate in system testing, validation, implementation, and release activities
• Support annual business cycles, audits, compliance initiatives, and process improvements
• Maintain documentation including process maps, system configurations, procedures, and training materials
• Identify opportunities to improve the user experience and maximize system value
You will be a good fit for this role if you have:
• 6+ years of experience supporting enterprise HRIS or business systems platforms
• Strong experience working as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, HRIS Analyst, or related role
• Deep understanding of business process analysis and requirements gathering
• Experience supporting workforce management, talent management, benefits administration, compensation, payroll, or employee lifecycle processes
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
• Experience configuring and maintaining enterprise business applications
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting reporting, dashboards, and business analytics solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience supporting production systems and ongoing operational processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to process improvement
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• HRIS certifications or related professional credentials
• Experience supporting annual planning, compensation, benefits, talent, or performance management cycles
• Experience with business process design and workflow optimization
