Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support business operations, project initiatives, policy development, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience working across business and IT teams and be comfortable analyzing policies, regulations, procedures, and operational requirements.

The candidate should have strong project management, policy analysis, written communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and change management skills. Experience in government, healthcare, or another highly regulated environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Work with management and IT teams to identify and resolve operational and program-related issues.

Coordinate projects and initiatives across multiple departments and stakeholders.

Manage project activities, requirements, resources, timelines, and deliverables.

Monitor project progress and ensure initiatives are completed within established deadlines.

Analyze Federal and State statutes, regulations, policies, and related requirements.

Evaluate the operational impact of regulatory and policy changes.

Recommend updates to policies, procedures, and business processes based on regulatory changes.

Work with internal teams to identify requirements for new procedures and services.

Provide guidance on policies and procedures and help resolve operational issues.

Develop and update notices, forms, procedures, and other materials to support regulatory compliance.

Prepare policy briefs, reports, correspondence, and business documentation.

Create clear procedural documentation for internal staff and external stakeholders.

Review reports, memoranda, and other documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Coordinate and facilitate webinars, training sessions, and communications related to policies and procedures.

Communicate with internal departments, external agencies, and other stakeholders as needed.

Support process improvement and implementation of new operational procedures.

Perform additional business operations and project-related responsibilities as required.

Required Qualifications

Experience in business operations, business analysis, program analysis, project coordination, or a related field.

Strong understanding of project management and cross-functional coordination.

Experience analyzing policies, procedures, regulations, or compliance requirements.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong documentation and technical/business writing abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to analyze complex information and translate it into clear policies, procedures, and documentation.
