About our Customer & Role:

Our DIRECT customer, a global leader in Food services industry is seeking a Sr. Marketing Specialist to support the marketing planning and execution of marketing campaigns, programs, and launches of products and services in the Business & Industry sector.

We are looking for somebody who has expertise in relationship management, marketing strategies, and excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities:

Support the Sr. Marketing Manager in the ideation and development of marketing strategies that drive the adoption, conversion, and engagement of operator-facing and customer-facing digital products
Creating Marketing Programs
Working on Digital Campaigns
Supporting Digital Marketing Functions
Building Marketing Campaigns
Analyzing Success Metrics
Assessing the Impact if Marketing Campaigns
Implement and execute launch activities and ongoing marketing communications/campaigns/promotions to operators and customers, which include coordination of multiple internal teams (Product, UX Design, Data, PMO, Digital Strategy)
Collaborate with the Creative Services team and Compass Digital Content Marketing on the development of creative assets for multiple channels
Build solid working relationships with various sectors and technology partners

Qualifications:

3+ years of related business and marketing experience
Promotions & Incentive experience
SalesForce experience is Plus
Adobe Design is preferred
Any AI Tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT)
Excellent project management skills
Experience developing multi-channel marketing plans, campaigns, and promotions across traditional and digital channels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Data-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
The ability to travel (USA) for technology launches (<10%)
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is a plus
Experience working in a food service or technology company is a plus
Bachelor's degree with a focus in business, marketing or communications
