Technical Lead – AI/Data Engineering

Introduction:

The Technical Lead – AI/Data Engineering position is a key role within our team responsible for leading technical projects related to artificial intelligence and data engineering. The individual in this role will be instrumental in driving the development and implementation of AI and data solutions, utilizing a variety of tools and technologies such as Amazon S3, AWS, Lambda, Databricks, and more.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals in the development and deployment of AI and data engineering solutions
Manage stakeholder relationships and effectively communicate project updates and progress
Contribute to technical delivery, estimation, and project planning activities
Ensure code quality, security, and governance standards are adhered to throughout the development process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solution architectures
Provide production support and participate in design reviews to ensure best practices are followed

Requirements:

Required Skills:

Data Engineering Technical Lead experience
Proficiency with Amazon S3, Amazon Web Services, and other cloud computing technologies
Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts and frameworks
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery practices
Knowledge of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and data modeling
Experience with tools such as Databricks, Terraform, and Vue.js
Understanding of solution architecture and information security governance

Preferred Skills:

Experience with LangChain, Prompt Engineering, and OAuth
Proficiency in Python programming language
Knowledge of leadership principles and team management
Familiarity with technologies like LangChain, Vue.js, and Databricks
Experience with cloud-native architecture and Amazon Lambda
