Supply Chain IT Solution Architect/ Supply chain IBM/AS400 Architect

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-

1. Lead endtoend IT solution design for supply chain initiatives decomposing business problems into scalable system designs and guiding solutions from concept to golive and steady state
2. Define and maintain the system architecture vision roadmap reference architecture standards governance stage gates and reusable design patterns facilitate architecturedesign reviews and buildvsbuy decisions
3. Architect system solutions across multiple platforms WMS WCSWES TMS planning inventory fulfillment and custom IBM iSeriesAS400 applications
4. Own integration patterns across IBM iSeries WMS WCSWES ERP TMS SAPS4HANABTP Google Cloud IBM Sterling Integrator EDI APIs middleware event messaging file exchange and partner connectivity
5. Provide architectural leadership for warehouse automation and robotics including ASRS AMR PLC Fortna AutoStore Exacta Savoye iPack Cubiscan Plus One Osaro and related material handling solutions
6. Ensure reliable data flow across systems maintain integration frameworks documentation data dictionaries and traceability standards
7. Drive reliability quality and operational readiness environment strategy testing assets observability SRE practices security controls DRrunbooks release calendars incidentproblem management and rootcause remediation
8. Partner with Industrial Engineering Operations Maintenance IT Operations IT Security Data Finance vendors communicate effectively with warehouse teams technical teams and executives
9. Identify opportunities for automation analytics AIML workflow improvement and technical debt reduction while ensuring compliance security and change management controls
10. Foster Customer culture mentor analystsdevelopersarchitects share current technology trends and performs additional duties or special projects as assigned

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience required masters preferred

10 years IT experience with significant solution design experience lead designer or engineering leadership experience preferred for enterprisescale scope

Programmingwebdata technologies such as RPGILE COBOL DB2 SQL QRY C C Python Java JavaScript HTMLCSS relationalnoSQL query languages

Experience building realtime data streaming solutions between the cloud and enterprise systems using message queuing architectures that support event streaming and are reliable resilient and scalable

Strong experience supporting supply chain distribution warehouse logistics transportation fulfillment or manufacturing technologies

Capability modeling targettransition roadmaps application rationalization and system documentationdiagrams

IBM iSeriesAS400 RDI VSCode Turnover Implementer Jenkins GitHub batch processing legacy integration and modernization patterns JiraAtlassian Bitbucket ServiceNow and Office365 products word excel powerpoint visio or equivalent
