Client is seeking a Gen AI Senior Engineer with strong Python, AI/ML, Azure, Salesforce, and modern application development experience. The ideal candidate will design and develop scalable AI applications, contribute to technical architecture, and lead offshore development teams while remaining hands-on with coding and technical guidance.

Strong experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and architecture reviews.
Previous experience in enterprise digital transformation or consulting environments.
Azure certifications such as Azure Developer, Azure AI Engineer, or Azure Solutions Architect.
Experience working with distributed/onshore-offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications using Python and modern frameworks.
Design AI application architecture and scalable technical solutions.
Prepare API contracts, High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), technical specifications, and architecture documentation.
Follow SDLC best practices throughout application development and deployment.
Develop and integrate solutions using Azure Cloud, Azure Functions, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure Web Apps.
Perform hands-on development with Salesforce/SFDC.
Develop and support applications using Node.js, Angular 2+, and advanced JavaScript.
Implement AI/ML solutions using Python libraries and algorithms.
Work with Azure AI and Databricks technologies.
Design and support SOA-based platforms and scalable architectures.
Coordinate and manage offshore development teams.
Contribute code, conduct peer reviews, and provide technical guidance to developers.
Mentor team members and support successful project delivery.
