Role Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Technical Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end implementation, integration, and optimization of our Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Loyalty Engine.
In this role, you will orchestrate complex data initiatives across two core pillars: the Data Layer (Foundation) and the Engagement Layer (Activation). You will ensure seamless data flow into our loyalty systems to drive hyper-personalized customer journeys, maximize active member engagement, and optimize financial liabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Data Layer Foundations
- Oversee Data Ingestion: Manage pipelines collecting raw first-party data across websites, mobile apps, POS systems, and CRM databases.
- Track Identity Resolution: Monitor delivery of deterministic and probabilistic matching systems to stitch disparate identifiers into single profiles.
- Ensure Profile Unification: Guarantee execution of clean, deduplicated, and continuously updating 360-degree customer views.
2. Manage Engagement & Activation Layers
- Facilitate Smart Segmentation: Lead projects enabling dynamic user grouping based on real-time behavior, purchase intent, and churn risk.
- Orchestrate Customer Journeys: Coordinate cross-channel triggers for instant marketing messages, emails, SMS, and paid ad suppressions.
- Deploy AI Decisioning: Deliver next-best-action recommendations and predictive lifetime value (LTV) modeling during active sessions.
3. Maximize Loyalty & Platform Synergy
- Support Operational Execution: Partner with engineering to scale dedicated loyalty engines handling sub-second transactions, point balances, and tier structures.
- Enable Personalization: Connect CDP insights to the loyalty engine for customized milestone rewards, birthday offers, and challenges.
- Execute Liability Reduction: Launch targeted redemption campaigns using unified segments to lower accumulated point liabilities.
Qualifications & Experience
- CDP & Loyalty Expertise: Direct experience managing enterprise CDP platforms and loyalty engine integrations.
- Agile Leadership: Proven track record directing cross-functional squads of data engineers, marketers, and product owners.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of loyalty metrics, program liabilities, and ROI tracking is highly desirable.
