OCM Lead – SAP Retail Transformation

The client has a very specific requirement: the candidate must have hands-on experience with SAP Retail Systems. Simply having worked in the retail industry or for a retail company is not sufficient.

The ideal candidate will combine strong OCM/change management strategy and leadership experience with proven experience supporting SAP Retail Systems / SAP Retail transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy for a large-scale SAP transformation.
• Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and roadmaps.
• Assess organizational impacts resulting from SAP Retail system/process changes.
• Partner with business stakeholders, SAP teams, project leadership, and technical teams.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the transformation.
• Develop and execute communication, training, adoption, and change-readiness plans.
• Identify organizational risks, resistance, and adoption challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support business process changes associated with SAP Retail implementations or transformations.
• Coordinate change activities across multiple business functions and project workstreams.
• Track change readiness, adoption, and transformation outcomes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to change management teams and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience as an OCM Lead / Organizational Change Management Lead.
• Proven experience leading OCM activities for SAP transformation programs.
• Hands-on / actual SAP Retail Systems experience is REQUIRED.
• Strong understanding of SAP Retail business processes and systems.
• Experience managing organizational change associated with SAP Retail implementations, upgrades, migrations, or transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience developing change strategies, impact assessments, communication plans, training plans, and adoption strategies.
• Ability to work effectively with SAP functional/technical teams and business stakeholders.
