Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Product Owner – Salesforce Sales Cloud to drive the vision, roadmap, and backlog execution for our core commercial sales and CRM platform. In this role, you will bridge the gap between commercial operations, sales leadership, and technical engineering teams. You will own the Product Backlog, translate business strategies into detailed epics and user stories, and ensure the delivery of high-value capabilities across lead management, pipeline tracking, quoting/CPQ, and field sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and maintain the multi-quarter roadmap for Salesforce Sales Cloud, aligning capabilities with business KPIs and commercial enablement goals.
- Backlog Management: Own, prioritize, and refine the Product Backlog in Jira/Azure DevOps, crafting granular epics, user stories, and clear Gherkin acceptance criteria.
- Feature Execution: Lead Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and demos) in close collaboration with Salesforce developers, architects, and QA analysts.
- Commercial Capabilities: Direct configuration and feature enhancements across Account/Contact Management, Lead & Opportunity Management, Sales Pipeline Forecasting, Territorial Management, and Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).
- Integrations & Data Flow: Partner with data engineering teams to ensure seamless data flows between Sales Cloud, ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA), Customer Data Platforms (CDP), and reporting dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).
- Stakeholder Management & Adoption: Engage with commercial leadership, field sales operations, and regional business units to capture feedback, conduct UAT, and drive user adoption and change management.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst Lead dedicated to enterprise CRM applications.
- Deep technical & functional mastery of Salesforce Sales Cloud (Salesforce Certified Administrator or Certified Sales Cloud Consultant preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Lead-to-Order workflows, and Pipeline Forecasting.
- Proven track record leading Agile/Scrum or SAFe software delivery teams.
- Proficiency in writing user stories, mapping process flows (Visio/Lucidchart), and tracking sprint metrics in Jira/Azure DevOps.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to align cross-functional engineering and executive business stakeholders.
