Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Engineers/Architects to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Define solution architectures for Oracle Fusion HCM, enterprise data integration, SaaS, and cloud-based technology environments in alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Develop architecture strategies, integration patterns, technical designs, migration approaches, and documentation while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and cloud standards.
- Guide development and technical teams on integration technologies, data platforms, APIs, event-driven architectures, CI/CD, and modern cloud implementation practices.
- Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, troubleshooting activities, and post-migration planning covering application retirement, data retention, integrations, security, compliance, and operational readiness.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
|
|
Experience
|
6–9+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise application architecture, ERP/cloud implementations, system integrations, and technical strategy, with experience leading technical teams.

|
Technical Skills
|
Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Databricks, REST APIs, PL/SQL, ETL, Cloud Architecture, CI/CD
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, HCM Systems, ERP Modernization, Cloud Migration, Technical Governance
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle HCM configurations, security, Oracle ATP/ADW, Azure, Databricks, Kafka, Informatica IDMC, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Experience developing post-cloud-migration strategies covering application retirement, data archiving, historical reporting, integration decommissioning, security transition, and operational readiness.
