Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Configure and support Workday HCM, Compensation, Absence Management, Payroll, and related business processes based on functional requirements and enterprise design standards.
- Analyze system requirements, data elements, business processes, and downstream impacts to determine appropriate Workday configuration and solution approaches.
- Troubleshoot cross-module configuration issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution of defects affecting HR and payroll processes.
- Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to support testing, reporting, data integration, implementation activities, and ongoing Workday enhancements.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
6+ years of experience in Workday configuration and application support, including hands-on experience with HCM, Compensation, business processes, security, reporting, and enterprise HR/payroll systems.
