Role Title: Workday HCM - Compensation Lead

Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Workday HCM Compensation Lead to drive the design, configuration, and optimization of compensation modules within Workday. The role requires strong functional expertise, hands-on configuration skills, and the ability to partner with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable compensation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Workday Compensation module design, configuration, and deployment.
Partner with HR and business leaders to translate compensation strategies into system solutions.
Manage compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity) within Workday.
Configure compensation plans, eligibility rules, and business processes.
Provide guidance on Workday best practices and system capabilities.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Payroll, Benefits, Talent) to ensure seamless integration.
Support testing, training, and change management activities.
Act as subject matter expert for compensation-related enhancements and upgrades.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong functional and technical understanding of Workday HCM Compensation.
Hands-on configuration experience with compensation plans, eligibility rules, and business processes.
Experience managing annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity).
Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and document processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Minimum 5 7 years of Workday HCM experience, with at least 3 years focused on Compensation.
Workday certification in Compensation preferred.
Workday HCM Advanced Compensation Certified is Preferred
