Required Skills

• Workday HCM Compensation Certification

• Prior hands on experience with Workday Compensation

• Experience designing, configuring, and delivering Workday Compensation functional areas

• Strong functional knowledge of Workday

• Experience demonstrating Workday software features to clients

• Experience documenting business requirements and design decisions

• Experience providing knowledge transfer to client teams

• Experience supporting testing and rollout activities

• Ability to provide functional support and guidance to team members

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

• Workday HCM Advanced Compensation Certification

• Experience with ERP transformations in higher education

• Experience working with higher education or government clients

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Compensation functional areas

• Provide functional expertise and guidance on Workday Compensation

• Demonstrate Workday functionality and software features to clients

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

• Document configuration decisions and functional design decisions

• Configure Workday Compensation based on approved requirements and designs

• Provide knowledge transfer to the client team

• Support end to end testing activities and resolve functional issues

• Support Workday rollout and implementation activities

• Provide functional guidance and support to team members as required

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the Compensation workstream

Education Requirement

• Relevant education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
