The Quantitative Risk Management Senior Associate delivers end-to-end risk solutions for Financial Risk Managers, from data analysis, model review/development and reporting. The role combines deep risk domain expertise with modern technical capabilities to build, validate, and operationalize solutions that support the organization's efforts to identify and manage risk.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Build/Maintain end-to-end quantitative risk solutions for Financial Risk Managers, spanning data sourcing and analysis, model review/development, and reporting.
- Design and deliver dashboards and reporting to give Financial Risk Managers clear, actionable visibility into risk metrics and exposures.
- Engage independently with the Investment Risk team as a trusted SME.
- Applies strong technical proficiency, including experience with AI and Generative AI technologies, to help modernize and automate analytical workflows.

Work Experience- 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred

Preferred Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Fluency in Python for quantitative modeling, data analysis, and automation, including core libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
Strong technical proficiency, including experience with AI and Generative AI technologies to support the modernization and automation of analytical workflows.
Demonstrated ability to build and validate models (internal and vendor), analyze large data sets, and develop dashboards and reporting for risk stakeholders.

Base Pay Range: $86,100/yr - $129,000/yr
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
