ROLE SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Senior Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Engineer to support day to day configuration, deployment, and production support of a marketing technology stack. This contract to hire role will focus on executing and supporting customer journeys as the organization migrates from Oracle Responsys to Adobe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Configure and deploy Adobe Journey Optimizer solutions in a production environment
Build and maintain customer journeys, offers, and related components
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing production support for marketing operations
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into journeys
Support operational health of Adobe Experience Platform components and integrations
Recommend implementation best practices and improvements for reliability and scale

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Hands on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
Experience working within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
Practical familiarity with Adobe Real Time CDP (RTCDP)
Practical familiarity with Adobe Data Distiller
Experience supporting marketing technology execution and production operations
Ability to work Central Time; hybrid and onsite expectations may apply based on location
