Summary

Lead IAM Engineer

Introduction:

The Lead IAM Engineer will be responsible for overseeing Identity & Access Management processes within the organization. They will work closely with the team to ensure secure access to resources and data, as well as implement IAM best practices.

Responsibilities:

Manage service account and machine identity governance
Implement PAM and secrets management solutions
Oversee cloud IAM and identity federation
Utilize tools such as CyberArk, SailPoint, and Microsoft Azure for IAM solutions
Implement RBAC models for access control
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IAM

Requirements:

Required Skills:

Proven expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Experience with tools such as CyberArk and SailPoint
Knowledge of RBAC models
Experience in cloud computing, specifically with Microsoft Azure

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Kubernetes and workload identity
Familiarity with AI and Agentic security models
Knowledge of Cloud Computing and Artificial Intelligence
