Manager Notes :

• Strong software engineering skills required, including Java, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Candidates need to explain why and how they used specific tools/technologies, not simply list them on their resume.
• The hiring manager is highly focused on outcomes and impact, not just responsibilities.

Looking for people who:

• Are comfortable voicing their opinions and challenging existing processes.
• Think about how processes can be improved or innovated, rather than simply following what is already in place.
• Have a strong service ownership mentality and are willing to take responsibility for what they support.
• Ask why are we doing it this way? and look for better solutions.
• Work well collaboratively and can communicate effectively with the broader team.
• In-person interview is required.
• Collaboration is a major priority for the hiring manager.
