Manager Notes :
- Salesforce knowledge is important, but this is closer to a web/software engineering role than a traditional Salesforce role.
- Strong software engineering skills required, including Java, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Candidates need to explain why and how they used specific tools/technologies, not simply list them on their resume.
- The hiring manager is highly focused on outcomes and impact, not just responsibilities.
Looking for people who:
- Are comfortable voicing their opinions and challenging existing processes.
- Think about how processes can be improved or innovated, rather than simply following what is already in place.
- Have a strong service ownership mentality and are willing to take responsibility for what they support.
- Ask why are we doing it this way? and look for better solutions.
- Work well collaboratively and can communicate effectively with the broader team.
- In-person interview is required.
- Collaboration is a major priority for the hiring manager.
