Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong technical development expertise and functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials. The consultant will support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of critical financial applications within the PeopleSoft FSCM ecosystem.
This individual will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions, support integrations with third-party systems, troubleshoot production issues, and drive ongoing enhancements across financial modules, particularly Accounts Payable and General Ledger.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and support PeopleSoft FSCM solutions, primarily within Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL).
Develop and maintain PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interface, Integration Broker, and BI Publisher solutions.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Partner with business and functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Build and support integrations between PeopleSoft and external third-party applications and financial systems.
Develop and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL code to support system functionality and performance requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and production support issues with minimal business disruption.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), validation activities, and deployment efforts.
Ensure compliance with internal development standards, security controls, SOX requirements, and audit guidelines.
Create and maintain technical documentation, functional specifications, and knowledge-transfer materials.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
- Extensive experience with PeopleTools 8.5x+, including PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interface, and Integration Broker.
- Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM, particularly Accounts Payable and General Ledger modules.
- Experience developing and supporting integrations between PeopleSoft and third-party systems.
- Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development skills, including performance tuning.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience mapping and transforming data between PeopleSoft and external systems.
- Experience integrating PeopleSoft with ERP, financial, or third-party platforms using REST and SOAP services.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
