Principal Technical Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a Principal Technical Architect to lead the architecture, design, security, and strategic evolution of enterprise AI systems, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Generative AI, Multi-Agent Systems, Databricks, Python, cloud architecture, data governance, and AI security. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and enterprise-ready technology solutions.

The architect will drive Multi-Agent GenAI platforms, zero-trust data access, automated data observability, AI security guardrails, enterprise data governance, and organization-wide GenAI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, data platforms, AI/ML, cloud, and/or cybersecurity.
• Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale enterprise technology platforms.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Databricks, Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, PySpark, Python, SQL, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Multi-Agent architectures, OpenAI APIs, and Databricks Model Serving.
• Advanced Python experience, including asynchronous programming and API-based architectures.
• Strong understanding of LLM security, prompt injection, jailbreak prevention, AI guardrails, and threat modeling.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Service Principals, and enterprise identity management.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform cloud architecture and security.
• Experience with data governance, RLS, dynamic masking, PII/PCI classification, SIEM, audit logging, and zero-trust architectures.
• Strong understanding of data observability, data quality, platform governance, and FinOps.
• Experience with C#, .NET Core, SQL, YAML-based configuration/rules engines, and enterprise API architecture is preferred.
